Oversees the daily overall operations within the warehouse by supervising and manage the team.

Prepare, coordinate and conduct trainings for new employees about the warehouse activities and other procedures.
Planning, monitoring and evaluate KPIs of the employees.
Preparation and submission of MIS report on monthly basis.
Analysis of truck offloading, warehouse space utilization, picking and difference indicator reports.

Magic Bus India Foundation is a not for Profit Organization working closely with children and youth for their development, especially in the areas of Health, Education, Gender & Right to play. This organization is working with children and youth in the concept of sports for development (S4D). Magic Bus also organizes different vocational training programs for youths where they are more interested to work with and will arrange placement once they have completed training. Magic Bus is promoting gender equality through different activities in communities with the support of local self-government. All these activities implementing with a well-structured curriculum which is developed by research department with the consultation of trainers throughout the country. On a project, there will be a Program Manager, Training cum Monitoring Officers, Youth Mentors and Community Youth Leaders to implement the project activities in different communities. The major responsibilities of the Manager - Training & Quality Assurance were planning, coordinating and implementation of all training to be undertaken in different places, capacity building of various stakeholders, responsible for administration of training components, preparation of training materials, modules and kits, evaluate quality of training and grading of participants for further training based on an evaluation system to be developed, visit different community programs throughout the country to ensure the quality of the program, periodic evaluation for the effectiveness of the program, development of a training calendar and assessment of training which is covering all key staff of the program implementation team, Identification of technical and management resource persons/consultants for the program implementation support, provide hand holding to the implementation team and give proper feedback to improve the quality of the program. Introduce about S4D program to various corporate offices to get their support, meeting with different local community authorities for the permission and support to conduct S4D sessions in communities on weekly basis, also work closely with the organization's research department to improve the curriculum, discuss and share the monthly activities and plans to other trainers in the organization. 80 % of times have spent for trainings and field monitoring, rest 20 % spent for documentation and team meetings. These are the main roles and responsibilities of a Manager - Training and Quality Assurance in Magic Bus India Foundation.

Tobacco Free Kerala non-governmental organization mainly focusing to implement the Indian Tobacco Control Law COTPA 2003, which is prohibiting the sale and use of tobacco and related products. Tobacco Free Kerala is a coalition of likeminded organizations. State program coordinator for social mobilization had a vital role to implement Indian tobacco control Law with the support of different government officials. The main duties of the program coordinator were program management and coordination of different project components, Liaising with government departments to schedule training sessions, Coordination and advocacy meetings with District Collectors, District Police Chiefs, District Medical Officers and District Education Officers etc. and conduct district level advocacy meetings, provide training on Indian Tobacco Control Law to police, educational and other government officials, media sensitization regarding COTPA 2003 and its implementation, visit each districts and discuss the progress of the implementation with district officials and get the detailed feedback of the training conducted for the police officers from different places and make necessary changes in the training components according to the feedback received from different sources, state social mobilization coordinator was responsible to coordinate different social awareness programs in the state and district level.

Kerala State AIDS Control Society is an autonomous society registered under the Indian charitable societies act, works under National AIDS Control Organization (NACO, Govt. of India). This organization is mainly focusing the prevention of HIV/AIDS among female sex workers throughout India, as part of this initiative this program is running very successfully in Kerala state as well; the name of the project is 'Suraksha'. After 9 months as M&E Officer, I have got a promotion as Project Manager in the same organization. It was one of the major achievements in my professional experience. As a team leader of the project, the project manager should manage and coordinate entire project activities, staff recruitment and providing capacity building training to newly appointed project staff, coordination of higher level advocacy meetings and networking, monitoring and evaluation of the entire project activities, provide trainings regarding data collection, report submission to Monitoring & Evaluation Officers, Out Reach Workers and peer educators in various projects across Kerala, preparation and submission of reports to higher officials and state AIDS control society on monthly basis, verification and submission of financial reports to State AIDS control society, represent and do the presentation of the achievements and challenges of project activities on quarterly basis to State AIDS control society's officers. Project Manager had the responsibility to take different strategies to achieve the targeted project deliverable with the discussion of other key staff. Financial planning with project accountant, monthly staff evaluation and appreciation for the best performer, these were the main duties I have done as a project manager; I have done all my duties and responsibilities perfectly during my tenure. After resigned from the post of Project Manager, the authorities selected me as an empanelled consultant for State AIDS control society to evaluate various targeted intervention projects all over the state.

M&E Officer would be the custodian of all project data and they have to support the project manager to identify the details when higher authorities asking for more clarifications regarding the project activities. These are the main duties and responsibilities of Monitoring & Evaluation Officer in Kerala State AIDS Control Society.

Sumana Goodwill Home is rehabilitation cum treatment center for the people those who are addicted with alcohol and drugs. I have started my career as a counselor, there my main activities were guiding each inmates to the road of recovery from all kinds of their addiction, conduct one to one counseling, family counseling, make them aware of the dangerous side of different addictions and problem solving, etc. also preparing case history for each inmates and conduct follow up counseling also house visits (occasionally) to ensure they are running a sober life after the treatment. It was a great time for me to understand different people with different kind of addiction from different background. Also, could apply different counseling techniques which I learned from my education. I had spent 1.6 years with that organization.
