Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
Research and build relationships with new clients.
Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
Plan approaches and pitches. * Work with team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
Client Retention
Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.

Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

To manage the overall daily operations --recruitment transactional processes (cycles) from receipt of MR to post selection process for specifically allocated vacancies (by the clients), to include:
Monitoring of all staff
To check all jobs adverts on our company job websites and external media
Monitoring and analysis of spend associated with projects/recruitment officer vis-à-vis sourcing/overall performance at the end of each project.
Assist with production of relevant management information and reports, including advertising spent, agent usage, monitoring, and specific recruitment related management information including time to fill.
To acts the first point of contact for all clients hence communication will be on time and inquiries will be answered at once within two (2) hours from receipt of communications whether email, or phones;
Working in partnership with other heads and managers to harmonize the recruitment and processing practices;
Coordinating with the Accounting, Recruitment and Processing Departments on a daily Basis.

•To manage all the recruitment transactional processes (cycles) from receipt of MR to post selection process for specifically allocated vacancies (by the clients), to include:
•To provide the highest level of support and information to recruitment manager and executing all of the recruitment transactional processes
Required to meet both Recruitment Agreements and ultimately the timely completion and delivery of the recruitment process to our clientele;
•To deal with and resolve queries relative to recruitment and processing;
