I was doing as project manager on multi million projects and shutdowns with Olayan Descon Industrial Company. active for baseline schedule review, look ahead meetings, assignment of other PMT persons, mobilization, HSE compliance, Client coordination etc.
moreover taking responsibility and commitment of entire project with a certain contribution margin of budget with my company as per the regulations based on the study of in hand project.

Project: - AL TAWEELAH Refinery Project
Client: - BECHTEL & PETROFAC JV
Key Responsibilities and Highlights:
▪ Extensively contributed in successful execution of Al Taweelah Refinery Project
(Mechanical Construction Project) including 25000 tons of steel, 135000 inches
of dia piping, and 700 no’s equipment’s, etc.
▪ Prepared master project schedule, reviewing same fortnightly/monthly &
updating management on impact of various activities on project schedule.
▪ Active participation in daily, weekly, monthly, 3WLA, 6WLA meeting at the site
also collaborated with Project Management and Procurement team, Sub-
contractors and vendors for swift execution of the site operations.
▪ Advised regarding Engineering and Technical site operations ensuring work
performed is in compliance with set project procedure and industry standards.
▪ Strategized and established operational budgets while ensuring compliance to
the same. Conceptualized and implemented new process concepts for
production optimization and yield improvement.
▪ Interfaced with the Engineering team to resolve site related technical issues
also coordinated with the Procurement & Expediting team to assure timely
availability of the material, machinery and human resources.
▪ Lead development of project related documentations including construction
work plan, method statements, execution plan and work packages, etc.
▪ Succeeded in timely raising of the technical queries like non-conformance
report, field change documents and request for information.
▪ Supported functioning of the material and equipment procurement system.
Handled scrutiny and following up of the walk down punch list ensuring
accomplishment of the system with timely handling over to the Pre-com team.
▪ Delegated timely reporting of the work schedule and plans to the higher
management of the company. Executed risk assessment of jobs allocated and
preformed. Supported Planning Department in strategizing look ahead,
baseline and milestone schedules.
▪ Coordinated timely material dispatch & receiving at the site/shop. Executed
maintenance of status of test pack preparations, submittals & final approval.

Project: - Yanbu Aramco Sinopec Project (YASREF)
Client: Technicas Reunidas
Turn around: - Petrokemya, Ibn Sina
▪ Directed various Construction and Turn around projects successful for major
clients of Aramco, and Sabic, etc.
▪ Headed preparation of the master project schedule, reviewing the same
fortnightly/monthly & updating the management on impact of various
activities on project schedule involving work execution, site surveillance,
mobilization of staff & workers, Loto coordination, permit from client, etc.
▪ Preparation & Submission of Technical and general Queries to client.
▪ Review master project schedule, reviewing same fortnightly/monthly &
updating management on impact of various activities on project schedule.
▪ Active participation in daily, weekly, monthly meeting at the site also
collaborated with Project Management and Procurement team, Sub-
contractors and vendors for swift execution of the site operations.
▪ Follow up & Monitoring with subcontractor to execute the activity within the
scheduled duration.
▪ Formulated piping deliverables from engineering contractors involving plot
plans, P&ID’s, equipment location plans, piping drawings, line designation

reported from site including problems related to design drawings, non-supply

carrying out visual inspection for welding and materials for finish and
appearance.

Conducted thorough study of the micro strategy development prior
commencing the turnaround works. Delegated handing over of the
documentation and work to the next shift while doing turnaround projects.
▪ Ensured timely and regular reporting of the task completion in the turnaround
projects along with creation and submission of the daily progress reports.
▪ Regularly attended POD meeting with client on daily basis. Coordinated with
product development, scheduling & resolve engineering design and test issues.
▪ Facilitated receiving of the approved drawings from document transmittal.
Oversaw planning and preparation of as built drawings while requesting for the
inspection (RFI) prior to the planned testing.
▪ Ensured timely punch closing for handing over the system. Active participation
in training, inductions and functions.
▪ Orchestrated planning and implementation of the hydro test as per the
approved test packs.
▪ Spearheaded scrutiny of the PMS while providing significant drawings for the
fabrication. Facilitated maintenance of the status of various test pack
preparation, submission and approvals.
