In charge of all Knowledge Transfer of the “Data approval” tasks from Italy to Lisbon.
- Process of orders created by the customers.
- Analysis of the financial situation of the customer, based on credit information and standard procedure, to make a decision about the new order.
- Daily communication with the market and collections teams, in order to improve the quality of work and solve any issues.
- Controlling of financial information from the invoices received;
- Posting of given types of invoices;
- Response to vendor queries;
- Close cooperation and communication with other teams and SAP subsidiaries;
- Accounts Payable document processing.
- Independent handling of discrepancies with supplier facing communication;
- Support and facilitate training to transfer site knowledge to the new team who will operate the services;
- Process of invoices into Finance system, ensuring completeness and accuracy;
- Process of internal customers billing change requests and queries, according to the procedure, in efficient and timely manner;
- Creation of Credit Notes for client’s vendors (through client’s portal and Microsoft Access tool);
- Support on validation and analysis of claims regarding our client’s professional activity (through client’s portal, Microsoft Excel and SQL);
- Elaboration of the Guideline for the process;
- Benchmark for the Automotive industry: responsible for Italy and Brazil;
- Procure to Pay: Brazilian and Portuguese Markets
o Accounts Payable: Process of payments
(responsible from October to January)
> Payment of invoices in Oracle and ITAU bank.
> Elaboration of the Audit, Monthly Consolidation and ‘Lote Zero’.
- Help Desk / Email Management (responsible from January to March)
> Solving and answering client and vendor’s queries related to the Accounts Payable role.
- Elaboration of reports about the commodities markets, using several economic and financial information, with the support from Reuters system and specialized sources.
