Encode and Submit document to Consultant by using LIVELINK
Maintain EDMS (Enterprise Document Management System )software of the Company
Preparing submittal for the Shop Drawings, Red Line Mark ups, As- built Drawing, Material Submittal, Document Submittal, Request for Information, Method Statement.
Preparing correspondences letter, emails and document submittals
Make sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers.
Assign the document numbers and correct revision number
Preparation and distribution of weekly Document Deliverables Registers
Day to day uploading and downloading of correspondence, drawings, transmittals and other documents thru livelink
Converting drawings to various file formats and uploading them as required
Maintain and update the documents Register
Make sure to supersede the previous drawings when new revision will issue
Prepare reports and memorandums
Provide an impeccable secretarial/documentation support and facilitate the smooth running of the department.
Act as a key point of contact between the office and internal & external partners.
