- I was responsible for welcoming the customer to the shop and check what they needs and give them the best service.
- I was the second in-charge of sunglasses section after my supervisor.
- My responsible in the section was to receive the stock and check all to find any damage one and send it back to the supplier.
- Make growth sale in the personal sales and in the sales of section, and helping the other staff to have growth and achieve them target.
- I have daily check for all the counters to be sure that it’s clean, dust free, fingerprint free and coordinated elegantly and luxury.
- Sales writing and entered on the computer every day in addition to the daily count for all the sunglasses before the store closed at night and after opening in the morning.
- Make sure that everything in Section works well and inform the administration when there is any defect.
- Repair technician for Sunglasses, to repair, send and receive the sunglasses from the Customer Service Center.
- Communicate with customers and inform them about the offers and new products or if they request for any product.
- Communicate most of the time with the Head Office by the phone call or by E-Mail.
- Communicate with the supplier in case of receiving, sending, and repair, the fast and slow moving product and quality of the product.
- Giving new ideas about the development of sales and communication with customers.
- Doing some extra jobs in/out of the shop.
- Writing the reports about any job accident and send it by E-mail to the supervisor.
- I was responsible for insuring that all the stands that were under our co. supervision in different mall to be organized, complete, and making sure that there were no products with a near or expired date.
- To report all the expired goods to the co. stock keeper.
- To report any shortage of products.
- To deal with the purchase managers of the mall I am in charge of.
