The GPS Coordinator is the main person who is in charge of the pre arrival, in stay and post departure of the guest. Main task is understand the preferences of the guest, makes traces for follow up and ensures that all pre arrival communication is followed up on and prepare GPS moments based on the information given prior to the arrival. Strong communication with other departments, especially Front Office, Housekeeping and F&B,

The Butler attends to every guest’s needs and wants. Butler is responsible for the quality of every guest’s stay and welcoming the guests and makes them feel at home. Setting up guests rooms prior to arrival and upkeep the quality throughout their stay. Work closely with Housekeeping, Front Office and In Room Dining. Butler has to be very knowledgeable about all aspects of the hotel.
