Reporting into the projects Director, I am responsible and liaising as the appointed external consultants along with the in house team for our client, MOBILY. I am required to manage the preparation of schedules of works, refurbishment specifications with various contract documentation, ensuring that these comply with the project brief and time-scale, budget estimates, all relevant legislation, regulations and policies.
Other duties will include the management of subcontractors and trade’s personnel who are carrying out works on new build MOBILY Outlet projects and managing health and safety on site. Review plans, schedule and attend meeting with sub-contractors as owner’s representative. Approve drawing, materials and other changed order in a case to case basis.
Other duties as Mobily’s consultant to include is the Design of Mechanical System such as HVAC, Fire Fighting System and Plumbing System. All must conform with the international Standards such as ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, International Plumbing Code and with MOBILY’s mechanical installation guidelines. Then prepare and submit the Mechanical Bill of Quantity as per project design.
