Construction of new maintenance and office building for ENOC staff. The project comprises of Machine bay, Workshops, and Office facilities, centralized VRF system, Solar water heating system, landscape and road works and complying to JAFZA Green building requirement.

Construction of Al Maha Camp Extension Project (4 Buildings & Substation, Infrastructure, Sewage treatment plant, Chiller plant and Fire pump System), Construction of Masjid and Mess Hall, GASCO Technical Training Center & Laboratory Building

 Assigned as Construction Engineer for GASCO Ltd HAbshan Projects.
 Oversee overall site construction progess.
 Makes sure that any activity offered for his inspection has an approved shop drawing, method statement (MS), Quality Control Procedure (QCP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
 Carries out all planned site inspections as per the intervention points marked in the relevant ITPs.
 Ensures that all site inspection shall be carried out vide an official Inspection and Test request (ITR) submitted.
 Records Inspection status in the ITR and any relevant check sheet as per the approved QCP.
 Verifies with Independent Testing Laboratory (ITL) that all relevant test results related to specific ITR meets the project requirements.
 Reports discrepancies in the relevant Shop Drawing, materials used, MS, QCP and ITP which do not cover all specification requirements,
 Closely monitors site activities to ensure quality of work is in compliance with contract requirements, good construction practice, only approved materials are used, compliance with shop drawings
 Makes sure that all materials used comply with the approved Material Approval Request (MAR).
 Makes sure that any non-conformity has been documented through a Non Conformance Report (NCR),
 Participate with PMC disciplines in reviewing the Close out Report as submitted by Contractor.
 Reviews the relevant As-Built drawings as submitted by Contractor and make sure that all site conditions are properly addressed
 Reviews and answers RFI raised by the contractor.
 Liaises with the Main Contractor and sub contractors for the weekly MEP progress on-site.
 Prepares weekly progress report for the Project Manager Review.
 Attends weekly and monthly meetings with the Client, Main Contractor and Sub Contractors

--Oversee all site work and site progress
--Oversee the Testing and commissioning of all MEP systems
--Responsible for all the documents for handing over of MEP system to the client/Facility management team
--Responsible for preparation of documents with regards to the local authority inspection (JAFZA, DU and etc.)
--Coordinates with all MEP subcontractor regarding the site progress and any design/coordination problems
--Prepares Minutes of meeting for documentation
--Facilitates inspection with consultant engineer prior to handing over the completed system to the client
--Attends progress meetings
--Responsible for letter correspondence with MEP subcontractors & suppliers, Consultant and Client
--Coordinates with authority representatives regarding the additional building requirements for final handing over to DCD 24x7, EHS & JAFZA
