ensuring that agents understand and comply with all call center objectives, standards and policy. taking calls that the agent can’t handle and be available when an agent appears needs assistance.
oversee and support the operation at the store. supervising the kitchen and providing assistance as needed. preparing shift schedule and processing the payroll of all the staff. keeping detailed record day, weekly and monthly revenue. and monitoring compliance with safety and hygiene regulation.
