Responsibilities;
Carry out reporting, technical and administrative functions in staff benefits and payroll aspects
End to end monthly payroll processing and reconciling to accounts in relation to staff benefits
In-charge in overall employee monthly attendances, vacations, staff report to process at company HRIS and payroll system
Ensuring Payroll and HRIS are properly maintained according to HR policies and financial procedure
Manage and control employee allowances, advances, reimbursement and/or airfare entries
Preserve awareness of prevalent principles and regulations relevant to benefits and retirements, and guarantee prompt and precise processing of benefits, claim payments and insurance benefits
Prepare and process employee payments in timely manner according to Wages Protection Program
Complying with the social and medical insurance policy, GOSI, and government law and regulation
Carry out annual budgeting process and salary survey
Maintaining company HRIS and offer technical assistance to company departmental staff
Carry out administrative and governmental payments for company and staff
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff;
a. Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place
b. Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluation
c. Provide advice and assistance in developing human resource plans
d. Provide staff orientations
Monitor staff performance and attendance activities;
a. Manpower management and daily attendance monitoring through Oracle HRMS
b. Investigate and understand causes for staff absences
c. Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions
d. Monitor scheduled absences such as holidays or travel and coordinate actions to ensure the staff absence has been adequately covered off to ensure continuity of services
Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors and Council on human resource and work-related issues;
a. Develop and implement a human resources plan and personnel management policies and procedures
b. Provide advice and assistance to staff and management on pay and benefits systems
c. Explain and provisions of the personnel policy
d. Explain employment standards and legislation such as workers compensation and Saudi Labor Policies and procedures
e. Attend Company meetings to provide information, when necessary
Perform Daily Payroll Department Operations.
Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
Consolidation, Maintaining and Process Leaves and Monthly Overtime Reports through Oracle System.
Process Monthly Salary as per Company procedure and Saudi Labor Law.
Verifying employee eligibility and Processing Allowances such as Housing, Transportation, Mobile, Business Trips and Engineers site Allowance.
Comply with Saudi labor law and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
Checking and auditing timekeeping records through Manual and Automated Time and Attendance System for compliance with established standards.
Maintain employee data and payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
Safekeeping of Payroll Documents for future reference.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Handling employee concern and provide Payroll information and request.
Provide assistance and generate reports pertaining to compensation and government benefits administration.
Responsible on Employee’s Timekeeping and Leave’s Administration
Administer first aid treatment on illness or accident before referring the employee to the hospital for further medical treatment.
Assist in the implementation of effective Food Safety and health programs.
Strictly monitor and implement safety guidelines and procedures.
Provide Health Teaching to employees for their awareness.
Administration Generalist; Generate Reports pertaining to compensation/wages and benefits.
Timekeeping Administration, Plantilla Management and Recruitment Selection.
Discipline, Guidance and Counseling
In-charge of PEOPLE, INFORMATION, SPACE and MACHINE Daily, Weekly and Monthly Report
In-charge of People and Site Safety, Health and Environment
Conducting monthly cascades regarding Safety, Health and Corporate Procedures and Policy
Administers first aid treatment on illness or accident before referring the employee to the hospital for further medical treatment
Assists in the PPE and orientation of newly-hired employees
Develop and conduct safety programs/trainings for workplace safety and health
Formulate procedures for an effective implementation of safety and health program
Strictly monitor and implement safety guidelines and policies.
Conducts work area assessment, surveys and program evaluations to determine the presence of hazardous conditions.
End to end Recruitment and Selection (conduct interview and competency assessment)
Responsible in Plantilla Management and Employee Orientation
Provides assistance to employees on their day-to-day needs for their mandated benefits and Processes loans, sickness, maternity, and reimbursement as mandate by the government as due and required.
Sees to it that all materials /documents kept in the Human Resources Department and those in his custody are well secured
