Executing training courses to improve end users skills.
Identifying roles and governance whole wide the company
Developing SOPs for all IT daily practices and new implemented applications.
Deal and manage contracts with the outsourcers and contractors.
Create and manage IT teams in various domains (Maintenance, Programming, System and network administrators).
Database maintenance and administration.
Studying and supervising many projects Like (CCTV, access control, time attendance, high capacity telephone switchboard and replacement of old servers with new set).
