*Maintain and updates patients financial files while currently in; closes the same and endorses to Discharge Office upon discharge.

*Discharges patients from the computer previewing all the entries before closing the whole financial transactions in the computer.

*Collaborates with the service area providers such as Operating Room, Delivery Room, Newborn, Pharmacy, X-ray, Laboratory, Physiotherapy, and Kitchen to verify charges that are not entered prior to discharge. Updates the charges for any delayed bills to include in the overall charges of the patient.

*Sends e-mail or call Discharge Office to notify about the patients discharge.

*Helps maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the surroundings in the assigned area by coordinating with the housekeeper to clean and tidy up the area.

*Ensures safety when assisting a patient or performing sensitive assignment.

*Attends to required work-related trainings, monthly meeting, and the daily unit briefing.
