Key Areas and Responsibilities:
Travel Related Duties
❖ Ensure to confirm availability plus convey tentative itinerary to traveller for approval
❖ Confirm reservations, distributes tickets along with confirmation to traveller
❖ Review travel associated invoices for accuracy for Accounts purposes
❖ Research and resolve all incorrect charges with respect to the entire travel bookings.
❖ Coordinate and implement every aspects of travel arrangements for staff, consultants and executives
❖ Resolve organizational travel related technical conflicts
❖ Responds to all queries regarding travel related issues


Administrative Support Duties
❖ Create, maintain and update hard files for all travel, including review and preparation for audit
❖ Enter information provided by the consultant into the database and maintain travel database
❖ Communicate with the consultant regarding their needs as well as the needs of partners and guests
❖ Assist in providing visa procedures and obtaining visa thru Travel agencies and respective embassies
❖ Coordinate with finance department to invoice travellers for personal cost, including sending invoices to consultants and following up with the finance staff
❖ Monitor and ensure compliance with the Company's Travel Policy and Procedures
❖ Performing Deployment briefing in the absence of Travel Manager
❖ Complete other duties as assigned
