We are a construction company specialized in fit out projects. Presently we are executing a Chemical Lab project in Texas A & M University at Qatar. I am supervising the installation and testing commissioning of various systems like lighting, lighting control, central battery and small power. Also coordinating with MEP as well as ELV subcontractors for HVAC, Plumbing, Gas detection systems, Fume cupboards, Lab Gas distribution systems, Structured Cabling systems, Fire Alarm system, Clean agent system, PAVA system, ATS & UPS, Generator, Distilled water system, Access control system, CCTV and BMS. Preparing as-built drawings, submitting inspection request with the required documents, attending inspection with consultant, raising RFI, attending weekly progress meeting with consultant and all the subcontractors, reporting the progress of work to the management, preparing PTW and arranging work schedule, taking corrective and preventive action at site. Submitting the material submittals, reviewing the OCS from consultant and preparing the compliance etc.
I had executed the Installation, Testing & commissioning of electrical sub stations, Cable laying both LV and MV. Also completed installation of distribution panel boards, cables and cable trays, cable termination, installation of light fittings, sockets, chandeliers, external lightings and pole lightings at Royal palaces in Saudi Arabia. Also accomplished the electrical maintenance of the palace.
It was a German company manufacturing Proximity Switches, Zener Barriers and Isolation Amplifiers. I was in charge for production, testing and repairing of the products. We had discrete as well as SMD assembly line.
