Nasco Trading L.L.C is a multi disciplinary Engineering Organisation operating in the United Arab Emirates since 1992 supplying Elevators, Door Operators and Barriers for the most prestigious buildings, Backed by complete support services including Design, Installation and Maintenance And having trading of Welding Electrodes, Wine coolers along with its core activities.
Functions:
Main Functions:
· Control, Manage day today transactions in a proper way.
· Planning and maintaining a proper cash flow in all 17 current accounts in different Currencies with various banks on a day today basis and the reconciliation of the same.
· Preparation of monthly Profit and Loss account (Department wise) and Yearly Balance sheet in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Standards and Coordinating with the Auditors.
· Liaison with various RMs and Banks to maintain a proper workflow
· Dealing with Import and Export Letter of credits which includes opening of LC, verification of LC documents, amending, negotiating back to back /Transferable LC, Negotiating with banks for project wise LC and coordinating with clients, Freight Forwarders and banks till warehousing.
· Liaison with Banks for Trust Receipt, Availisation documents, Shipping Guarantees, Bank Guarantees, Normal Term Loans, Vehicle Loans, Invoice and Cheque discounting .
· Negotiating with banks during Annual Facility renewal and obtaining better facilities and rates.
· Negotiating and Booking, Forward cover with banks as per the requirement of the management.
· Interpreting various monthly and weekly reports and suggesting corrective actions to the management based on that.
· Coordinating with Nasco Trading Branches at various Emirates, Oman, Pakistan and India.
Sub Functions:
· Verification and approval of various Monthly/ Weekly/ Daily reports like
Collection report, Sales Report, Sales Person performance analysis report Weekly Receivable Aging report, Monthly stock ageing Report
· Verification of Final/Leave Settlement of employees.
· Verification of Salary statements and transfer of Salaries through WPS system.
· Monitoring the follow up procedures of the due amounts.
· Verification of Project Specific Job Costing.
· Verification of allocation of Over Heads among various departments.

• Compilation & Analysis of Financial Statements and presentation of
Financial statements based on the requirements of statute
• Application and evaluation of Accounting standards as well as Auditing standards. Ascertaining the impact of compliance/non compliance of Accounting Standards
• Reporting the assurance matters based on the Assurance standards & legal requirements
• Computation of tax, based on the Indian laws, Tax management and planning for individuals and companies
• Evaluation of existing internal control mechanism prevalent in the organization
• Identifying the variations/gaps in the existing internal control aspects and suggesting the remedial measures
• Mapping of details for migration of the modules to the ERP environment
• Auditing & Accounting Experience in the environment of ERP’s Such as Tally and other customized ERP packages
• Other Statutory/ Internal audits and tax audits of Public /Private sector Enterprises, Banks( Branch Audits), Income Tax return Preparation & fillings ( Individuals, Partnership & Companies), Other Management Consultancy Services
