- Manage design strategy & concepts, deadlines and budgets for a multitude of projects including healthcare, automotive, financial, retail, non-profits and education.
- Collaborate with Engineering staff to ensure that design concepts meet the requirements.
- Collaborate with strategy, account and business development teams to create new business opportunities.
- Communicates the progress of copy related creative development to Project Manager.
- Expert at strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development and creative execution.
- Maintains active list of vendor resources i.e., writers, designers, and photographers.
- Works across agency teams (accounts, pm, strategy, development, SEO, PPC) to produce cross-disciplinary work.
- Assist in tracking campaigns to ensure that projects stay on deadline and within budget.
- Represent the Creative team at meetings, providing meaningful input to best support a campaign.

- Conduct ongoing competitor review; keeping a pulse on what other brands and retailers are doing in activating their brands through print and digital assets. Make ongoing recommendations on how we continue to elevate and raise the bar in how we engage our customer. Keeps current on trends, retail stores, popular culture, web/online and social media, and industry.
- Team player: Enjoys working with others and collaborating with positive attitude across five brands. (wellnessmats, fitnessmats, smartstep, smartstep home collection & wellnesspet).
- Provided leadership, coaching and professional development to the design staff.
- Approved and directed copy, design and video content on a daily basis.
- Created strong and effective internal partnerships and collaborated across. (with Managers, Customer Service, E-Commerce, and PR company).
- Ensured that the creative assets provided are completed while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
- Drove ideas and executed it across various types of platforms: print, packaging, website, e-commerce, social, email, photography and video.
