Overseeing the cleanliness of the public areas, residential, car parks and offices in reem properties ( sun& sky, gate/arc, al wifaq towers and reem diamond residence)the car parks, and Offices. Supervising 150 cleaners and 30 housekeeping staff under my areas of responsibility while ensuring that standards and KPIs are maintained as per the company standards and client's SLAs with attention to details. Doing performance appraisals for cleaners within my jurisdiction. Supervising out sourced teams, suppliers wastes vendors and ensuring that agreed qualities and standards conforms with set goals. Handle all related administrative duties including training and BICsc assessments.
