Welcomes customer and visitors by greeting customer and visitors, in person or on the telephone;answering or referring inquiries.
Optimizes customer satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.
Schedule appointments and make follow up calls to customers to remind them of their appointments.
Fill in for absent staff members during high volume times.
ensure cleanliness, neatness and sanitization of center and equipment.
Count cash at the end of the shift and ensure that cash flow information has been logged into the center register.
Over all in - charge of selling of different types of Camera
Responsible in day to day sales activities
Entertain and assist customer
Checking availability of merchandise
Conduct physical inventories and submitting reports to head office
Keep all stocks and arrange properly in the stockroom
as a Management this is interesting, because I really like to learn and gain more knowledge about how to get into the business and how to be successful when it comes to decisions in the future.
