As a part of the senior management team of Tech Group (A construction industry conglomerate with Subsidiaries including Properties, Construction, Engineering, Aluminium and Glazing, Wood, Remix, Blocks, steel, foundation, etc), reporting directly to the Group CEO, assigned to lead and deliver the portfolio of Projects and Developments as per the Group’s strategy. Additionally entrusted to head the Group Holdings and Real Estate Assets and properties with P & L and development responsibilities..
Responsibilities:
Heading Tech Properties Business unit (Real Estate, properties and Development arm of Tech Group) .
Heading the portfolio of Development projects including a Residential Tower, Labour Accommodations, Malls, Academies, Hospitals and Hotels.
Representing Group CEO’s Office on the management and delivery Group’s Projects including major projects within Business units (Construction, MEP, Engineering, Aluminium and Glass, Wood etc) thereby delivering optimised projects with shared savings in excess of USD 5 Million per annum.
Managing Key Stakeholders for all high priority clients on the group level
Business and Technical advisory to the CEO and contracting segment Business Units in implementing process optimisation.
Additionally also mentoring the Group procurement office generating overall savings of 16 % through establishing SLAs, Bulk order model and strategic joint ventures.

As a part of the senior management team DWP (Design and Project Management consultancy), led the Projects Development and Management teams spread across various countries to ensure successful execution and delivery of Projects and Programs. Program lead with local partners in KSA.
Responsibilities:
Leading programs with multiple Development projects simultaneously in various phases and several geographical locations
Program Lead on a Portfolio of Development projects in KSA on behalf of Al Fahd Investment Group, Local partners of Design Work Portfolio (Project value exceeding USD 300 Million)
Managing the Organisation’s Operations in lines with the Strategic Vision. Member of the core team involved in assessing the capital and operational budgets for the projects undertaken. Ensuring efficient operational and cost performance and monitoring the overall progress against the established baselines.
PMC Lead on Local and International operations with programs and projects spread across the GCC, Indian subcontinent, Africa, Europe and Far East (Multi Billion $ in value).
Leading a team of high end professionals including Program and Project managers, Commercial managers, Senior Architects and Designer working on over 28 projects.

Managed the design and execution of Real Estate projects for Emirates Post across the UAE.
Responsibilities:
Managing multiple Post Office construction projects in all phases from initiation to final close out including feasibility study, costing and budgeting Tendering, contract procedures and managing the execution phase in accordance with the program.
Liaison with the stakeholders and project consultants for mapping out design requirements.
Design, specification, material and shop drawing approvals.
Leading weekly site progress meeting.
Evaluation and certification of Project Payment Certificates.
Commissioning, closing out and hand over of projects to the end users.
