As a part of the senior management team of Tech Group (A construction industry conglomerate with Subsidiaries including Properties, Construction, Engineering, Aluminium and Glazing, Wood, Remix, Blocks, steel, foundation, etc), reporting directly to the Group CEO, assigned to lead and deliver the portfolio of Projects and Developments as per the Group’s strategy. Additionally entrusted to head the Group Holdings and Real Estate Assets and properties with P & L and development responsibilities..

Responsibilities:
Heading Tech Properties Business unit (Real Estate, properties and Development arm of Tech Group) .
Heading the portfolio of Development projects including a Residential Tower, Labour Accommodations, Malls, Academies, Hospitals and Hotels.
Representing Group CEO’s Office on the management and delivery Group’s Projects including major projects within Business units (Construction, MEP, Engineering, Aluminium and Glass, Wood etc) thereby delivering optimised projects with shared savings in excess of USD 5 Million per annum.
Managing Key Stakeholders for all high priority clients on the group level
Business and Technical advisory to the CEO and contracting segment Business Units in implementing process optimisation.
Additionally also mentoring the Group procurement office generating overall savings of 16 % through establishing SLAs, Bulk order model and strategic joint ventures.
