Turnkey Fit out, Project managing
Responsibilities:
Progress reports on jobs in the factory
• Manpower allocation to what is needed Internal and external
• Quality control/detailed inspections from start to final on every item
• Ordering of all material (BOQ breakup)
• Planning of construction on all fit out items
• Material selection at suppliers
• Planning of timeframe, production days and delivery dates
• Studying IFC drawings and adjusting to minimum time and wastage
• Making sure all deadlines are met from Joinery side as well as 3rd
party suppliers
• Driver’s scheduling daily for deliveries, collections
• Ordering of all tools for machinery in factory and on site
• Maintenance and preventative maintenance/servicing of internal machinery
• Site visits (If I’m needed for clarity on construction)
• Programing on the CNC machines to a certain extend
• Project Managing (due to shortage of staff for a short period as needed)
• Overlooking stock (ensuring no shortages)
• Managing and handling of all discipline

This department uses laser-cutting technology to cut components from various grades of material, for
instance mild steel, 3cr12, Armox, stainless steel, aluminum, Perspex, Plexiglas, MDF, cork and various
plastics. It is expected that the supervisors are very actively involved in the day-to-day operation of
the plant, to protect the investment of the machines.
Responsibilities:
• Sub-planning from daily master production plan according to material availability, nesting, machine
setup and labor allocation.
• Handling discipline & Motivation of crew
• Maintenance of machinery
• Material optimization through co-nesting and scrap reduction.
• On call 24 hours to stand in for the other shift supervisors in case required.

• Stock management and control in accordance with the quality management system.
