I worked with Oscar Dario Giraldo a freelance architect as co-workers in his office designing and building luxury homes and sometimes urban projects, we created new big houses, I was responsable to make, blueprints construction, 3D Models, Rendering, projects presentation, we used to to talk with customers at the same time of construction process according to their new ideas or preferences for the houses, as creating more space, adding new rooms, etc. Sometimes we worked creating boroughs, urban plans for boroughs of 300, 500 housings and buildings of 5 floors regularly, I also made the digital presentation of housings and urban plans to show to customers or some investor people.
I worked as partner of a freelance architect in Pereira City, at Colombia, I was the architect responsable of blueprints construction, housing design, interior design, landscape design, 3D Model Construction, Rendering, and the designer architect of each project, even designing from a simple furniture as, living room furniture, kitchen furniture, until swimming pool, etc. I used to go on-site with my partner and boss at the same time as construction supervisors, we used to talk with our custommers about their preferences for the housing, as floor tiles selections, exterior and interiors color paints, etc.
I worked in this constructor company building luxury homes. I modified housing plans, I ordered construction materials, I was a construction supervisor in differents construction steps, I usually talked with customers offering the luxury housings, open house, attending new housing interior changes.
I got the Professional licensed architect title from the Catholic University of Pereira, Colombia, our study emphasis was about architectural design and Urbanism.
