Command and Control Process indicators Crude Oil and Gas Production by monitoring vital processes: review of flow stations, gas lift and multiple
production wells and measuring activation by running the recommendations issued by optimization production, in order to meet the objectives of oil and gas volumetric assigned to the Joint Venture.
-Execute strategies to minimize deferred production to the levels specified in the production plan.
-Maintain strict and continuous monitoring of pressure maps of crude gathering systems and gas collection and distribution, as well as other variables associated with the production process, to ensure the supervision and control of operations.
-Prepare and ensure compliance with development programs and training of their staff.
