Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handling Halliburton Saudi Arabia. The biggest Halliburton Account in the MENA region
• As a main contact person for HALKSA account, my main role is to make sure that the team will be able to reply and finish all the reservation and ticket within the SLA.
• To make sure that all flight tickets, hotel, and car reservation voucher will be done on time for reporting to finance for proper invoicing and payment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handling the travel of Royal families in Saudi Arabia.
• Arrange flights on business or first-class cabin. If seats are not available, we are arranging private planes to make sure that we will meet the client who will be travelling on time and comfortably.
• Contacting all the hotels, airline, private planes suppliers to check the availability of seats, rooms as well as the planes specification for the travelers safety.
• Making sure that we check the visa requirements in the transit and destination, and we will advise the traveler.
