•Handling incoming sales and transaction and accurate keying/purchasing data.
•Merchandising the items according to its department.
•Updating and doing paperworks like Performance Diary of our daily Sales, Management Reports, Stock Management Reports, Window mapping and Identifying the bestseller and worstseller of the week.
•Receiving and checking the deliveries and updating the discrepancies.
•Authorized to do refund and void items.
•Attending weekly training to improve our skills and become more productive in terms of selling.
•Meeting customer needs and handling customer complaints.
