• Preparation of technical proposal comply with the ITB requirement such as execution plan, mobilization plan, project time line, HSE plan and Finance statement in coordination with stake holders.
• Estimate man hrs, material cost, equipment cost, direct cost, indirect cost, and other prelims for E&I Works
• Sub contract / Vendor RFQ’S and technical clarification responses.
• Identify the Contract Risk and Escalate to management for mitigation during estimation stage.
• Preparation of the project markup, define competitive margins, cost reduction ideas, prior review with management obtaining approvals for Bid submission.

• Preparation of method statement in coordination with HSE for Risk Assessment and Mitigation Plan

• Negotiations prices and technical shortlisting of local and international vendors

• Calibration of instruments such as transmitters, pressure switches, level switches, fire and gas detector, mass flow meters
• Material planning and its flow control safety co-ordination, attending safety and progress meeting.

Associated with preparation red line drawing and checking following types of drawings;
• Hook-up Drawings for field instruments, Instrument Location & Cable Routing diagram. Instrument duct/Trench layouts, Cable Routing Layout, Cable Tray Layout
• Preparation and checking of Termination Drawing, Instrument Loop schematic and Wiring diagrams, I/O list, Cause and effect diagrams, Fire and gas detection drawings, P&ID drawings and Logic diagrams.
Supervises the construction Progress of the following;
• Primary & Secondary Cable pulling, Heat Tracing & Bundle Tube, Indoor Cables, Cable Tray, Cable Ladder & Stub Up, Cabinet & Console Installations
• Field Instrument, Control valves & Junction Box, Analyzer Cabinet Installation & all related Installation.
• Impulse Tubing, Airline Tubing, Leak Testing, Steam Tracing
• Public Address & Voice Alarm, Fire & Gas System
• Coordinate with client and other subcontractors to align the activities.
• Inspection requests and closeout of A, B Punch list
