Responsibilities
• Analyzed the Piping Line Class (SPEC) and identified Design Errors which was previously undetected by Designers.
• Successfully checked the Client’s Isometric Drawings and fixed design errors in sketch as well as in Bill of Materials which was previously undetected by Designers; this changes in design & materials led to benefits such as re-fabrication and erection cost saving, proper material allocation, etc.
• Analyze the spools drawings to verify that all the spools are prepared as per the isometric dimensions and specifications before releasing for fabrication
• Preparing and reviewing project instructions and standard detail drawings
• Handling site issues and coordinate with design office
• Performing reviews of revision drawings

Responsibilities
• Erection of Recuperators and Lime Kiln in Wire Mills like Tata Steel, Usha Martin etc
• Conducting QA/QC Inspection of finished products
• Overhauling of Heat Exchangers
• Monitoring the performance of Recuperators and Heat Exchangers after installation and give adequate training for the concerned employees

is an auxiliary unit of Cochin Shipyard Ltd, which is involved in erection of pipe lines in ships.
Responsibilities
• Supervising the erection of Pipe lines and HVAC Ducts in Platform Supply Vessels
• Handling erection & installation activities involving planning, in-process inspection, fabrication, team building and co-ordination with internal/ external departments
• Erection of Air Conditioning Ducts in Passenger Ships.
• Maintenance of pipe lines in passenger ships, oil tankers etc
