As Assistant Professor and Department In-Charge in the Computer Science department at AJK College of Arts and Science, I was responsible for delivering technical training in Python, Java, SQL, DBMS, Data Structures, and Computer Networks to undergraduate and postgraduate students. My role involved providing first-level technical support to students and staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues across computer labs on a daily basis, and installing, configuring, and maintaining lab systems and software. I managed academic records, examination scheduling, and departmental documentation with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality, and I held additional responsibility as Department In-Charge from 2024 to 2026, coordinating academic planning, faculty support, and quality assurance activities. I also analysed student performance data to identify trends and support data-driven improvements, and I delivered a Faculty Development Programme on Data Analytics using Python.
