• Developing and achieving performance goals (long/short term) and objectives in order to achieve customer promise expectations.
• Maintain proper interface with overseas/local suppliers/ clearing Agents, Transporters, shipping lines, customs and Excise Department in order to facilitate quick delivery of materials to the business premises.
• Ensure efficient and effective processing and recording documentation (in-bound/out-bound).
• Ensuring effective Material Resources Planning (MRP) in the production of goods/services to customers.
• Manage and ensure resolution of customer complaints and work towards non-repetition of the same issues based on quality of service and expected level of service.
• Evaluate and analyze current transportation operations and identify opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Continuously review distribution methods, service providers and operational costs to ensure materials are transported at the most cost effective, while maintaining efficient customer service.
• Providing professional advice to customers on right ideas that suit their want in designing products/services for them.
