To supervise and implement quality requirements based on contract schedule, Project specification, IFC drawings, Aramco SATIP, SAIC, SAES, SAMSS, SAEP and other Aramco quality standards and references for every activity at site. Ensure conformity with Aramco client standard requirements. Control and distribution of all the quality documentation in the project, supervise and coordinate with other discipline to resolve all quality related issues on the project. Provide actions and remedies at site to enhance good quality and bring satisfaction to the client. Identify and resolve any non-conformity with ISO requirements & Aramco standards.
Supervise and directs the activities of the QC inspectors and assure that all activities at site complies with Saudi Aramco typical inspection plan SATIP & inspection checklist SAIC, approved IFC drawings, Project specification and Saudi Aramco standards & references.
Direct the work of inspectors involved in evaluating materials and document submittals.
•Coordinate with 3rd.party testing laboratory to ensure that all the requirements for testing at site to be provided by approved 3rd.party laboratory.
Develops the quality control procedures and analyzes the data from inspection reports.
•Prepare and issue the internal NCR for any nonconformance at site and provide corrective and preventive action as per the Saudi Aramco procedure and standard requirements.
Coordinate with other discipline requirements at site and perform other quality related duties which are necessary to achieve successful and best quality project.
•Prepare and submitting the daily RFI schedule for inspection to Saudi Aramco ID/PMT.
•Conduct materials receiving inspection prior to PID Aramco acceptance & site installation.
•Prepare some specialty Civil Inspection & Test Plan, Checklist, method statement/work procedure and other quality related documents submittals to Aramco. And to ensure that all the activities on the projects complies with the project contracts and specifications, SATIP & SAIC, IFC drawings and Saudi Aramco standards and references.
Monitoring and assisting site for attaining the best quality and safety of the KAUST-RPSF projects & bring full satisfaction to the client.
•Supervise and perform tasks for pre-commissioning, punchlist-EIL inspection & closure.
•Working as QA/QC engineer and quality control supervision for the construction of King Abdul Aziz University projects CN.1.200, CN.1.300, CN.6.300 and CN.6.600 of Jeddah KSA.
•To ensure that all activities in the project should conform to the approved plans, specifications and international standards & codes, and approved by the consultant.
•Also assure that all materials needed in the project must conform to the required specifications, approved submittals, and approved by the consultant.
•To provide actions and remedies at site to enhance progress and maintain the target duration and cash flows of the project.
•To conduct inspection based on methodology as required by the clients and international standards at site. Ensure quality and check the drawings for actual implementation of the project.
•Duties also includes preparation and taking approval of permit to work (PTW), request for inspection (RFI), concrete pour card (CPC), field density test (FDT), non conformance report (NCR), materials testing, field concrete testing and others. Perform inspections & provide quality requirements for project hand over to client.
•Project management, monitoring, supervision and inspection for the construction of the largest mall in Asia, the Filinvest SuperMall Project (22 Hectares area and 5 storey commercial building).
•Implement the project quality and requirements based on international standards and codes and project contract. Work includes checking the contractors progress based on architectural and structural plans and specifications.
•To supervise the manpower activities for civil, structural and architectural works. and monitor the trade specialties such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sanitary, roofing, and other finishing works.
