• Greet, assist and direct students, visitors and the general public while attending to Public queries in all weights (Taking initiative/Conflict resolution).
• Monitor the use of supplies and equipment used in the information desks in entire mall.
• Coordinate the repair and maintenance of the mall outlets equipment and emergency as it arises.
• Organizing couriers for all departments, log information on documents received and dispatch, maintain detailed and accurate records
• Processing and Re-directing high volume calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required/necessary(multi-line switch board)
• Updating the entire mall tenants database accurately and frequently with all data and submitting reports using ms outlook (Excellent ms office).
• Furnishing management with weekly progress report on the status of my mall voucher activities.
• Support the Executive staffs and other staffs when required.
• Responding to Emails from customers and sending reports to management. Sending promotional emails to customers and mall outlets follow up and maintaining data of customer emails and mall outlets. (Attention to detail).
• Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing .Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system for the purposes of supporting efficiency and effectiveness within the Hamlet Office.
• Reporting directly to the Mall manager daily upon all tasks undertaken on previous day.
