Supervise and coordinates 59 project accounts through the channel of recruitment procedure from
selection, mobilization to successful employment.
➢ Leads the 22-recruitment team from Doha based to 18 overseas sub agencies in coordinating with clients
primarily on new manpower requirements / project requirements.
➢ Independently outline quotation and service recruitment agreements to the existing for renewal accounts
and new potential clients.
➢ Conducts major analysis of Employment Contracts from countries from more than 10 countries, mainly
Philippines, Nepal, India, Kenya, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Morocco,
Tunisia and more.
➢ Presenting to potential clients about company profile, recruitment process and services.
➢ Supervise and manage the recruitment team handling from selection and mobilization for
monthly average 4, 200 pax of successful deployment from 13 active overseas countries of
different categories.
➢ Appointed as the project head coordinator for recruiting short term contract candidates to
deploy for FIFA World Cup and had a successful deployment of 6, 280 pax of selected
candidates from Kenya, Kyrgysztan, Uzbekistan, Morocco, and Tunisia for major projects such
as Qatar Airways, Teyseer Security Services, MSC Cruise, Mekdam Holdings.
