● Receives and collects specimen for laboratory analysis.
● Prepares and perform various microscopic and chemical examinations to obtain data used in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in the following fields
a. Blood Chemistry d. Clinical Microscopy g. Histopathology
b. Hematology e. Blood Banking
c. Microbiology f. Serology
●Do manual back-up test for chemistry.
● Reports and records laboratory results.
● Performs related duties(e.g. maintenance and trouble shooting of laboratory machines)
●Extract blood from the patients.
●Microscopic analysis for sputum and vaginal smear.
● Receives and collects specimen for laboratory analysis.
● Prepares and perform various microscopic and chemical examinations to obtain data used in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in the following fields
a. Blood Chemistry d. Clinical Microscopy g. Histopathology
b. Hematology e. Blood Banking

● Assist the pathology in grossing biopsy specimen, process the tissues.
● Prepare slides for reading.
● Process cytological specimen like vaginal smear, sputum and other body fluids utilizing pap’s stain, frozen sectioning and preparation of various reagents.
●Do manual back-up test for chemistry.
● Reports and records laboratory results.
● Performs related duties(e.g. maintenance and trouble shooting of laboratory machines)
●Extract blood from the patients.
●Microscopic analysis for sputum and vaginal smear.
