•Installing/configuring & Administering Windows Server 2003/2008/2012.
•Creating and Managing virtual machines and templates.
•Creating Clusters for High Availability and Distributed Resources Scheduling
•Converting Physical Servers to Virtual Servers(P2V) or Virtual Servers to Virtual Servers(V2V) using VMware Converter.
•Analyzing and monitoring VMware alerts, taking snapshots, clones.
•Migrating VMs through Vmotion and sVmotion. Performing Datastore upgrade, cold migrations and hot migrations.
•Installation of ESX Servers, vSphere Client and Vcenter .
•RAID Configuration and troubleshooting.
•Worked on projects like MS patching, BPPM deployment and Group Policy.
•Performing user administration: Add, Delete, Modify user, group and respective privileges.
•New OS Build in Physical & Virtual environment.
•Based on the alert, taking pro-active measures to avoid severity incident.
•Experience in handling incident management and change management issues in
Production environment.
•Managing Group policies, managing shares, add/delete and managing resources in Active Directory.
•Root Cause & System Log Analysis and reporting.
•Suggesting new ideas and solutions to clients based on the requirements and so meeting client’s expectations.
•Creating and managing azure virtual machines.
•Managing Vmware capacity through tools like VRop and Vcops.
•Currently working on SCCM installation and configuration.
