-Solving urgent matters such as the changes in the cover, premium payment delays, change of the risk carrier;
-Providing claim settlement assistance;
-Maintaining relationships with existing clients and cover providers;
-Developing new contacts;
-Supervising day to day management of existing contracts;
-Supervising performance and duties of the technical broker;
-Reviewing the contract wordings for the successful deals;
-Reporting to the managing director of the division monthly results report;
-Participating in market visits, conferences and other networking events locally and internationally;
-Arranging survey-studies by external survey agencies, site visits to the premises;
-Being involved in organizing internal company events and professional networking events
-Assisting managing director in establishing internal procedures of the newly established division;
-Preparing payment request, placing slips, monthly results report.
-Consolidating monthly reports from retail branches;
-Updating tasks for retail branches through the CRM system;
-Preparing presentations for quarterly management meetings;
-Issuing comprehensive motor insurance policies;
