Marketing planning & sales:
• Commercial planning, i.e. to eleborate and implement the short and long term marketing strategies and working towards implementation together with action teams and 3d parties
• Analysis and definition of market opportunities for new launches, additional source of business etc
• Develop annual communication plan incl. ATL, BTL, Digital, PR, Merchandise
• Providing logic behind brands' communication plans, new services or products
Research and information analysis:
• Organizing research & interpreting qualitative & quantitative research data, Brand Trackers, campaign results to differentiate brand growth opportunities, consumer insights; developing research-based action steps
• Monitoring consumer/shopper and market trends, conducting competitor analysis
• Demonstrate deep expertise in understanding the Consumer & Shopper: defining business growing state needs, analysisng relationship with the brand, interpreting the insights, shopping behavior
Strategic & brand development qualifications:
• Develop brand positioning, campaign briefs, advertising concepts and 360 communication strategies/ routes to market
• Ensure effective media mix, i.e. the right message at the right place and the right time
• Take responsibility for major communication projects, leadership of project teams composed of different department members
• Building the logic and rationale behind the communication campaigns proposals, personal presentation to stakeholders & Clients
• Leading brainstorm sessions, briefings, inspiring and leading creative, production & client service team to the best results
• Knowledge & expertise of Shopper Marketing science, personally developed unique training
Projects execution:
• Conducting advertising projects realization from brief to execution, incl. involving 3d parties, i.e. production agencies
• Experience in any kind of advertising production with 3d parties and internally: TVC, print, digital, POSM, merchandise
• Supervision of communication materials to be up to clients' standard and brand guidelines
• Budget supervision per account / annual communication plan / project
• Liaising with general management on projects executions and communication strategies
• Monitoring projects & tasks execution by the subordinate junior staff, team daily inspiration and coaching
• Teams leadership & coordination: creative, digital, client service, production
• Interacting effectively with international coordination, client marketing team, media agencies
