•Confer with senior leadership to identify personnel needs, workforce
planning strategies, and search assignments.
•Develop and maintain strong working relationships with leaders, Clients, and other
team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and
credibility.
•Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and
source qualified leaders. •Leverage online recruiting resources and
identify and recruit the very best candidates.
•Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and
knowledge in relation to position requirements. Provide complete, accurate, and
inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
•As a part of new strategy, Involved in research and recruitment's of middle,
Senior and top level. •Recruiting Specialists for all the industries across
various geographical locations.
•Participating in various recruitment campaigns to identify the apt candidates
for various clients across different levels and specific skills.
•Advising the client on job market, salary ranges compensation and benefits, job
profiles, job description, candidates’ availability, competitor’s recruitment
strategies, etc.
•Conducting referral checks and indulging in vital negotiations with the client and
the candidate at the right time to close the deal.

the collection of payment by rigorous follow up
