-Establishing various companies and corporations, preparing and drafting articles of association, by-laws and minutes of assemblies and board meeting resolutions.
-Drafting and negotiating lease contracts, general release agreements, service level agreements, constructing and engineering contracts, sub-contracting agreements, confidentiality and non competition agreements, memorandum of understanding, franchise agreements, distribution and sub-distribution agreements, exclusive sales agreements, settlement and business contracts.
-Experienced in alternative dispute resolution methods including mediation and conciliation.
-Acting as a pro bono lawyer for different human rights cases including women’s and children’s rights, nationality matters…
