Promoted to Regional Sales Director. The role is responsible for developing, expanding, and implementing sales, marketing, financial and structural strategies in floors across different territories. Duties include visiting branches to lead and mentor the teams, identifying gaps between actual and plan of record, proposing solutions and driving resolutions by managing the engagement governance, timeline, scope, risk, change management, resourcing, reporting, and financials.
Promoted to manage the country sales, communications and Marketing. The role is responsible for managing sales, generating revenue, planning and executing effective marketing and communications strategies, ensuring customer’s satisfaction with action plans whenever needed. Selected results include:
• Managed to build Servcorp to a leadership position in workspace solutions in Doha by successfully presenting and conducting a turnaround sales and marketing strategy based on market intelligence, market benchmarking, etc..
• Successfully generated incremental revenue from the existing clients by over 40% and reduced the operating cost following a cost strategy which generated added operating profit, reflecting a growth of 27% on the P&L.
• Acquired and relationship managed +1, 500 corporate customers. Relationships include multinational and large local companies from State Owned Enterprises, Finance, Insurance, Airlines, FMCG, Real Estate and IT. The estimated business value from these customers is over USD 18 million per annum.
• Effectively established and maintained ongoing networking with society key executives, industry analysts, government, embassies, business &life style influencers to ensure accurate reporting of the company public communications, as well as handling all corporate events and press releases.
The role was responsible for opening
the floor, recruiting, training and managing the staff, managing events, preselling and selling both serviced and virtual offices. Selected
results include
• Spearheaded visibility boosting strategies to solidify top of the mind awareness including marketing events, PR with most
of the Embassies, Chamber of Commerce, Banks and Brokers. Took active participation in several profile building
measures including presenting in a number of forums and contributing to local and international publications.
• Presold more than 50% of the floor before the opening date. In 3 years, built Burj Doha location to the fastest top
performing location worldwide with an operating Profit of USD 2 million per annum.
• In 2014, won the global Top Seller award.
Mandated to grow the digital dentistry department in the Middle East region by acquiring the top international suppliers as well as selecting
the best suitable sub distributors across 8 countries in the region. Selected results include
• Attained, procured and commercialised over 16 new products from Denmark, USA, Germany and Italy for the Digital
Dentistry segment. The products revenue from these products exceeded USD 2.5 million for the year 2012. PRODENT in
the Middle East is now perceived as a leader in Digital Dentistry products and this is reflected in numerous awards won
over the last 6 years.
• Successfully selected and managed 8 different large sub dealers offshore accounts, by visiting and training their teams
along with their customers on the latest updates and products
• Took active participation as well as managed PRODENT events in several local and international forums such as IDS
(Cologne, Germany), AEEDC (Dubai, UAE) Technical Trainings (Copenhagen, Milano, Dallas.)
• Managed installation of the first 3D printer in the Middle East in Dubai, UAE
Achieved sales targets in Lebanon market by developing a large data of Dentists and dental technicians, maintained regular visits to their clinics and successfully handled their day to day requests and concerns
