Human Resource Recruitment and Analysis
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Reporting directly to General Manager
* Assists GM with client appointments and meetings
* Assists Admin with daily office workflow
* Preparing and sending quotations using Profiles
Software application to clients’ New and Existing
Contract Renewals
* Coordinating with Vendors, Purchasing IT and
technical items
* Sending Daily team updates via SLACK application
* Transferred and maintained Manual Contract
Records to RepairShopr software
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Multi-tasked responsibilities as a Document
Controller, Receptionist, Secretary, and HR
assistant, Operations Assistant, Sales Assistant and
Accounts Assistant.
* Regularly reporting to the General Manager,
coordinating with the Chief Accountant, Sales and
Marketing Manager, Sales Team and clients.
* Prepares quotations, letters and certificates, keeps
track of those issued, and proceeds with the order if
an agreement is reached. Monitors and updates
company database in visa, contract and passport
expiration dates as well as the renewal including the
company legal documents
* Handle leave requests, travel arrangements and
administrative request.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Recording, handling receipts, handling inventory
records
* Respond to customer inquiries about the products
or services the company is offering
* Provide information to customers about the products
or services the company is offering
* Handle complaints and resolve them
Receptionist & Housekeeping
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Receives phone calls for the clients customers
* Offer the clients / customers the suitable rooms
which they will be comfortable with
* Handle complaints and resolve as soon as possible
for the client’s / customer’s convenience
* Check every room’s cleanliness and make sure
everything is in order before the customers arrive in
their selected rooms.
