* Assist with facilitating processors in meeting international food safety requirements (GMP,
HACCP, ISO 22000, …)
* Support processors in developing products that meet market demand
* Support strategy sessions with the value chain actors to brief, discuss, and validate each
strategy
* Assist in promoting ways to improve buyer-seller intermediation for al targeted value chains
* Provide guidance on expanding the use of grades and standards within the region

* Test new products in test kitchen and develop specific processing methods in laboratory pilot
plant
* Implement methods, formulas, procedures, label information, laboratory analysis for new
products in referring to Lebanese standards
* Conduct pre-launch productions of these new products and processes in collaboration with the
production team and assist for all new product launches
* Assist to ISO 22000 implementation (HACCP, intern audit, PRPs, ...)
* Study methods to improve quality of foods, such as flavour, colour, texture, nutritional value,
convenience, or physical, chemical, and microbiological composition of foods.
* Being consult in production problems in order to study the situation and find the solution
* Follow-work on the protection of the vineyard (fertilization, grapes diseases...)
* Monitoring the maturity of grapes to ensure their quality and to determine the correct time for
harvest
