• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen equipment.
Clean kitchen floors, walls, and work surfaces, and ensure all
areas meet health and safety standards.
• Remove trash and dispose of waste properly.
• Monitor and restock kitchen supplies.
• Perform inventory checks and report shortages to management.
• Maintain and organize storage areas, including walk-in
refrigerators and storage rooms. Ensure equipment is clean and
ready for use, and help set up cooking stations before service.
• On occasion, assist chefs with basic prep work, such as washing,
peeling, and chopping vegetables.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Greet customers politely as they enter the restaurant
• Introduce self to customers
• Show customers to their tables
• Present menus to customers
• Answer inquiries about food and beverage items on the menu
• Offer food and wine suggestions
• Inform customers of special items not listed on the menu
• Greeting guest and taking there food and drinks order.
• Taking attentive to the needs Of guest in dining area.
• Following health code standards in regards to food handling.
• Assist guests, members or visitors in seating and informing them of
amenities, hotel information and food and beverage service. .
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the management and
staff
• Smile and enthusiastically welcome guest.
• Payment handling (both cash and credit cards)
• Create a desire for guest to return.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
