DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Implements standard design and planning principles for civil structural projects.
2. Conduct site inspection, preparation of shop drawings, typical details and specifications for reinforced concrete construction.
3. Conduct inspection for concrete construction throughout the various stages compliance with the design drawings and specifications and keep a record which shall cover all the general progress of works.
4.Conduct surveillance inspection for ongoing works activity on site.
6. Verify thru survey checking ground level elevation.
7. Conduct Material receiving inspection.
8. Prepare and check RFI for ongoing works.
9. Issue NCR (Non Conformance Report) for work or Material violation project specification.
10. Implement safety measures and precautions and comply with safety standard and procedures.
11. Check RFI log of sub-contractors and RFI copy for documentation.
12. Check red line drawings and sites instructions.
13. Conduct inspection for fabrication of RTU shelters.
14. Attend the FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) inspection for RTU shelters.
15. Area coverage for site inspection:
a. Abu Hadriyah Drill sites - Installation of RTU Shelter (from excavation to grouting of foundations).
b. Finger Causeway - Installation of Finger causeway sunshades (from excavation to grouting of foundations).
c. Causeway Drill sites - Installation of RTU Shelter (from excavation to grouting of foundations).
d. Manifa Inshore Drill Sites - Installation of RTU Shelter (from excavation to grouting of foundations).
e. CPF/ISF

f. LAYDOWN YARD - Inspect fabrication of pre-cast foundations for RTU shelters, FEC foundations, PTZ foundations, IPPS foundation.
g. CPIC Fabrication in Khobar - Inspection of RTU shelters.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Implements and secure the necessary standard plans and documents for structural projects.
2. Conduct site inspection, preparation of shop drawings, typical details and specifications for steel structural platform.
3. Review and familiarize project specifications and IFC drawings.
4. To ensure that all documents such as lifting plan for the crane.
5. Conduct surveillance inspection for ongoing works activity on site that includes lay-out, drilling and welding works, installation of steel members such as column, beam, cross bracings, handrails, grating, ladder with the use of crane to lift the materials and embedded materials such as anchor bolts as per plan and specifications .
6. Verify thru checking level elevation before installation of platform.
7. Prepare and check RFI for ongoing works.
8. Implement safety measures and precautions and comply with safety standard and procedures during lifting, drilling, welding works and bolt tightening.
9. Conduct inspection for the fabrication of platforms as per plan.
10. Prepare and secure all necessary work permits for the activity to be done.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY:

3. Conduct inspection for concrete construction throughout the various stages compliance with the design drawings and specifications and keep a record which shall cover all the general progress of works.
4. Review and familiarize project specifications and IFC drawings.
5. Conduct surveillance inspection and supervision for ongoing works activity on site this includes base preparation, compaction testing, backfilling works, lean concrete, check re-bar arrangement for foundation columns/pedestals, walls. To check form works, post and surface preparation, installation of water proof membrane. To check installed embedded materials such as anchor bolts, pipes, water stop, and insert plates as per plan and specifications.
6. Verify thru survey checking elevation of foundations columns and backfilling.
7. Implement safety measures and precautions and comply with safety standard and procedures.
8. Verify calibrations of testing equipment.
9. Check RFI submitted by sub-contractors prior to inspection of the owner representative.
10. Conduct inspection with the owner representative to check activity for any comments to be rectified.
11. Monitor concreting works such as lean concrete, foundations, column/pedestals and walls.
12. Prepare daily activity reports.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Prepares cost estimate of the project such as construction of Villas, apartments buildings.
2. Supervise and inspect work activity of various construction projects:
a. Monitor lot clearing and check lay-out.
b. Monitor and check final elevation.
c. Inspect excavation works for foundations, fabrication of steel bars and form works.
d. Inspect installation of fabricated re-bars and form works for foundations, columns, beams and slabs as per IFC.
e. Monitor concrete works: concreting of foundations, columns, beams and slabs.
f. Monitor laying of CHB walls, installation of window frames, door jambs, installation of plumbing works as per IFC.
3. Prepare weekly reports and accomplishments.
4. Coordinate with the contractor any punch list/rectification to be rectified during the inspection.
5. Coordinate with contractor any changes or revision for the IFC drawings.

3. Secure building permits and licenses prior to start of construction.
4. Supervise and monitor work activity of the construction:
a. Monitor lot clearing and check lay-out.

c. Supervise and monitor excavation works for foundations, fabrication of steel bars and form works.
d. Supervise installation of fabricated re-bars and form works for foundations, columns, beams and slabs.
e. Monitor concrete works: concreting of foundations, columns, beams and slabs.
f. Monitor laying of CHB walls, installation of window frames, door jambs, installation of plumbing works.
g. Monitor fabrication of steel truss, installation of steel truss and roofing's.
h. Monitor exterior and interior wall finish (plastering and paintings), floor finishing (installation of vinyl tiles or ceramic floor tiles).

1. Supervise and monitor work activities done by contractor in horizontal projects (roads, drainage, water supply and block preparation).
a. Monitor blocks and roads tracing layout for the subdivision, clearing. Cut and fill portion.
b. Check elevation grade of drainage lines and water lines.
c. Monitor and check elevation of base preparation, sub-base preparation and base course for subdivision pavements.
d. Witness compaction testing of base preparation, sub-base preparation and base course.
e. Check elevation of pavement prior to concreting.
f. Monitor concreting of pavements.
g. Witness compressive testing of concrete samples for pavements.
i. Monitor sidewalk preparation, compaction, and compaction testing and concreting of sidewalk.
k. Quantify and check contractor's project accomplishment (weekly and monthly accomplishment) based on schedule.
m. Supervised and monitor construction of subdivision perimeter fence and check perimeter survey thru survey team, prepare bill of quantities.
n. Supervised and monitor rip-rapping works (stone masonry), prepare bill of quantities, monitor excavation, laying of boulders, backfilling and compaction.
2 Supervise and monitor work activity done by contractor in vertical projects (low cost housing units and apartment type housing units).
a. Monitor lot layout.
b. Supervised and check grade elevation, excavation of footings and tie beams. Witness compaction footing base preparation and compaction testing.
e. Supervised concreting of footings, tie beams, slabs, columns and beams.
g. Monitor laying of CHB walls, installation of window frames, door jambs, installation of plumbing works.
h. Monitor fabrication of steel truss, installation of steel truss and roofing's.
j. Quantify and check contractor's project accomplishment (weekly and monthly accomplishment) based on schedule.
k. Evaluate and check submitted contractor's billing as per accomplishment.
