• Responsible for providing Management with information to assist in formulating policies for Sales/Marketing and Brand Management of the Group’s product/services
• Coordinating the drive for new products/services development and maintenance of existing ones
• Supervising of Customer Care and responsible for guiding and training on-the-job
• Ensuring regular interaction with major Customers
• Setting budgets/targets for all marketing activities and ensure strict adherence to marketing budget limits and achievement of targets
• Ensuring and maintaining proper interaction and communication with other Group’s Division/Departments to develop and maintain a coordinated marketing drive.
• Ensuring the gathering of all necessary information for monitoring and keeping track of competitors’ services, promotional activities and pricing
• Selecting the most appropriate media channel for the promotion of the Company’s products/ services and ensuring the widest possible coverage at competitive prices.
• Creating, maintaining and updating a detailed database for all information relating to product/ service to facilitate informed Management decision making
• Analysing product/services feedback information on Advertisement Sales performance for Management information
• Overseeing the development, distribution, maintenance of adequate stock of promotional materials
• Soliciting for tenants or purchaser to rent or purchase properties put on the market by the company or for third parties
• Ensuring that Assets e.g. Land are managed and used in a safe and optimal manner with a view towards ensuring maximization of the long term benefits there from
• Obtaining all statutory approvals for the company’s intending development
• Identifying opportunities for acquisition, developments, leases, rent and disposal of landed properties and determining how such may best be carried out
• Ensuring that ground rents & related taxes on all properties are paid up to date
• Preparing commercial purchase and sales agreements
• Responsible for making offers, closing deals and initiating resale activity
• Negotiating final sale prices with buyers
