Monitoring and Supervision of workforce functions and activities.
Prepare daily manpower schedule from the given task by the client.
Monitor work progress and make it sure that the approved shop drawing is properly
implemented.
Secure the workers safety while they doing there assigned task.
Prepare material takeoff to be requested in order to have smooth work transition.

Prepare Level and transit instrument for obtaining proper elevation of pipeline and exact
distance, location of concrete foundation.
Ensure exact alignment of pipe line connection.

Monitoring day-to-day work activities in conformance on
safety procedures. Involved on safety educational campaign and promotion, accident report and
rendered report.
Conducts PTW, LOTO, Confined Space Entry Audits.
Liaise with Clients’ Safety department.
Ensures that Accidents/Incidents are recorded, investigated and analyzed. Works with
supervisors & workers to develop safe working practices.
Promote safety through indoctrination and orientation of all personnel, and other contractor's
personnel working in the project.
Maintain & ensure that project OH&S Management System is in compliant to OHSAS 18001
Maintain & ensure that project Environmental Management System is in compliant to
ISO14001:2004
Directly reports to HSE Manager
Maintain responsibility for the project first-aid facility and maintain required safety records.
Promotes injury-free operations by ensuring that appropriate safety rules are communicated to
both company and contractor employees.
Compiles safety and health data and statistics and reports information to the project management.
Recommends or conduct training as necessary to promote understanding of safety and health
procedures and policies, and to combat hazardous practices.
Advise project management on the provision and the use of personal protective equipment.
Stop any segment of work and in some cases the entire operation wherever it deems unsafe to do
otherwise.
