Responsible for reviewing the legibility, accuracy and completeness of all documents that will be part of project quality records.
•Monitors the status of all Inspection Reports thru Microsoft Excel.
•Liaise with commissioning department about the transition of the dossiers and all its attachments prior to submission to the client.
•Ensures that final-approved Punch Lists, as-builts, Check Sheets are being monitored and logged.
•Attends and writes minutes of meetings for the schedule of submission of completed reports to the client.
•Verifies the completeness of the signatories on the documents is complete and coordinate with the contractor for any issues.
•Ensures that drawings and data, including revisions from Engineering Department are updated.
•Coordinates the completion report in line with Easy Plant information.
•Prepares and reviews Welding Inspection Checklist (WIC), Quality Control Inspection Reports (QCIR), Receiving Inspection Report (RIR), Quality Control Forms (QCF), Non-Destructive Tests, etc. prepared by the QC Inspectors prior to submission to the client.
•Compiles documents such as Testing Package, Non-Conformity Report, Index of Release Report, Engineering Drawings, etc. for the preparation of Production Data Book.
•Archiving of hard copies and electronic copies of approved inspection reports and documents.
•Re-checks if drawing specifications and requirements are met according to the approved copy from the Client.
•Compiles the Inspection Reports prior to MFD filing and endorsement to client.
Maintains and keep copies of ship’s Trading Documents, Safety Permits, Vessel Plans and drawings without any damage with easy traceability.
•Reviews the legibility and correctness of documents, drawings and reports before receiving.
•Ensures all documents are up to date with electronic filing systems.
•Archives all relevant documents and drawings.
•Issues and distributes controlled copies and information to other departments.
•Inputs document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
•Develops a system which tracks documents that will be expired and needed to be renewed.
•Conducts regular audit to other departments to ensure their records are accurate and updated.
