♦ Enquires customer needs and provides them with uick services, Assists them on what they are looking for.
♦ Demonstrate and explains to the customer the different features/specification of the product assigned for.
♦ Ensure sales transaction is complete i.e the product sold are billed/invoiced and paid.
♦ Ensure the customer receive best service.
♦ Attend to customer's complaints (if any) Troubleshoot minor to major computer problem.
