• Manage all assets for field project use. Perform remote control to resolve IT and software and hardware related issues including installations, configurations, upgrades and application support.
• Fix all issues with printers, network, PABX, CCTV and all IT related devices including procurement if there is a requirement.
• Create and manage email user accounts including database management and ensuring data privacy and network security.
• Coordinate and process payments for rent-a-car companies and mobile usage (Etisalat & du) bills (dispute, new application, cancellation etc.) including utility payments and all admin related tasks.
• Manage and process the drivers which includes driver’s payroll and organize and maintain their vehicles to ensure safety during field work.
• Process fuel and other expense reimbursements and perform all clerical tasks.
• Entering customer account data from source documents within time limits and reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
• Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential documents & maintain company databases.
• Handling company domain and IT related jobs for the company, email management, and IT infrastructure maintenance which includes computer & laptop troubleshooting, software installations, networking and PABX management.
• Create websites for companies/clients which includes social media advertising and maintenance to prevent downtime of the/a business.
• Design artworks for advertisement to be shown in billboards, lampposts, big screens all over UAE.
• Installs all computer applications as per request, LAN configurations including network cabling.
• Troubleshoots computers/laptops/printers/tablets/mobile phones etc.
• Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, and correspondence.
• Make high quality designs (logo’s, business cards, brochures, banners, roll-ups, shirts, mugs, caps, stickers, commercial tarpaulins etc.)
• Provide ongoing management of clients’ IT infrastructure capabilities and/or functions.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage the implementation of agency’s server short- and long-term strategy in areas such as capacity planning, upgrade paths and service levels.
• Helps with the installation, configuration, upgrades, administration, monitoring, maintenance, and security for the agency file and database servers.
• Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
• Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable.
• Maintain updated records of all approved documents and their distribution clearly
• Maintain the documents in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
