Point of Contact for Provider’s concerns, queries, complaints, orientation and etc via emails and telecommunication.
Assisting Network Manager in developing methods, strategies and tools to improve provider relationships.
Assisting Network manager with negotiations referring and according to tariff benchmarks.
Preparing Standard Provider Agreement (Non-HAAD contract, HAAD SPC, Tripartite, Addendums)
Monitoring and Updating system using insurance software solution, PPO’s and related eclaims.
Updating the system with any re-categorization, amendments and modification in Providers existing agreement.
Updating and uploading pricelist (identifying each facility as per related eclaim 2012 HAAD CPT Standard Pricelist, DHA Standard CPT and other emirates.)
Working across and coordinate with departments to resolve provider related issues, and any issues to closure.
Assisting Network Manager in maintaining and ensuring data accuracy which provides basis for future references and business decisions.
Updating Participating Insurance Companies regarding network additions, deletions, and alterations.
Conducting Sales & Marketing of Training solutions, Software Applications and Projects.
Performs Administrative / Marketing Tasks associated with Sales Department.
Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets.
Act as Junior Account Manager who directly interacts with clients via phone or email to establish rapport and good client relationship.
Cold Calling to discuss departmental training requirements and to introduce new development in company’s products.
Developing quotes and proposals, preparing invoice, course costing, payment follow up and keep appropriate records of the training.
Attends daily scrum meetings with the management to help colleagues develop their skills.
Prepare all aspects of the training, including the venue, amenities, etc.
Follow up with the concerned parties to make sure that transportation, course material, and other factors are all in place when they are needed. Ensure that the training proceeds smoothly, without any setbacks.
Ensure sales target are met. Handles customer complaints sensitively and efficiently to meet customer needs.
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
