• Working on Ladies and Mens T-shirt, Tank top .Vest Top, Underwear Bottom (Shortie, Hipster, Thong.Boxer), Ladies Bra. Kids Essentials & Licence Product (Brief)
• Communicate with buying team for-Business Development, Inquiry, Sampling, Lead-time, order objective to onward proceed.
• Preparing plans to ensure order is executed smoothly and ensure the shipment meet the buyer given schedule
• Ensuring timely fabric booking, accessories booking and on-time in- housing as per Cutting, Sewing and finishing plan
• Working closely with Fabrics, Production & Planning Department to ensure smooth supply chain of fabric, trims, print, AOP and timely production and final inspection/ delivery
• Communicating and follow up with suppliers for raw materials, trims, space bookings to ensure on time delivery.
• Assisting the Manager in overall merchandising activities.
• Ensuring Order to order follow up - Fit Sample, Lab Dip, PP Sample, Photo Sample, Shipping Sample, Test Sample.
• Mitigates any issues (order quantities, change of shipment date, complaints and claims) raised by the buyer(s)/ buying office(s)
• Style wise online requirement update: Buying sample to PP/CS/PS/LS Sample all comments
• Order details review and confirm to proceed according to Approved standard.
• Maintaining Inventory File (checks inventory status of fabric & accessories and create purchase request accordingly).
• Following TNA for fabrics and trimmings in-house to make sure production date line.
• Scheduling PP meeting and inform production & quality about the new product.
• Close monitoring knitting, dyeing as well as production for on-time shipment.
• Maintaining the testing parameters (buyer req.)
• Releasing PI and LC tracking.
• Supervise team member for proper execution of activities, share the critical path to buying office.
• Prepare multipurpose reports & presentation, troubleshooting & root cause analysis.
• Reporting team head all on going progressing activities.
• Working as a Merchandiser in IRIS Fabrics Ltd.
